Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from AB&CO.
Eligibility
Items purchased from abnco.ca are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Returns that don’t meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Returns are currently not free — customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as AB&CO is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after your return is delivered to our facility.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed after we receive your returned item and are subject to stock availability.
If the item or size requested is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
For a different product or color, we recommend placing a new order after your return is processed.
