Thank you for shopping with AB&CO.
We aim to deliver your order quickly and securely, with every piece handled carefully from our studio to your doorstep.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak periods or new releases, processing times may extend slightly. If your order experiences a delay, you will be notified by email.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship from Canada. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details — tracking typically activates within 24 hours.
Canada
Standard delivery within 2–5 business days.
Shipping is $10 CAD, or free on orders over $150 CAD.
United States
Standard international delivery takes 5–10 business days at $15 CAD.
Express delivery via DHL is available for $35 CAD, arriving within 2–4 business days.
Europe
International standard shipping arrives in approximately 7–14 business days at $25 CAD.
Rest of World
International standard shipping takes 7–21 business days at $30 CAD.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance or carrier delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges are not included in your total and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, AB&CO is not responsible for the loss.
If an address issue is detected before dispatch, we will reach out for correction. Orders that cannot be verified will be cancelled and refunded.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:

For damaged shipments, contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all packaging materials.

For missing or stolen shipments, email us at info@abnco.ca within 7 days of the reported delivery date.
We’ll initiate a carrier investigation, which can take up to 21 days. A replacement or refund will be issued once the claim is confirmed.
Additional Information
Some regions may not support shipping to P.O. boxes.
Orders that include pre-order or restock items may ship separately — you will be notified if this applies.
